About the Course
This 200-hour teacher training is designed to give you the essential tools to build a solid and strong foundation on your yoga journey—whether as a teacher or a practitioner.

Over the course of 21 days, we’ll immerse ourselves in the different aspects that make up the tree of yoga. It’s important to understand that this tradition requires commitment, effort, discipline, inspiration, devotion, and a lot of dedication.

For us, it’s fundamental to understand the correct way to execute asanas. This means having a clear and precise understanding of the muscles most involved in posture practice, which is why we’ll dedicate several hours to anatomy. There’s a technique behind the asanas that not many talk about or even know—and that’s exactly what we’ll teach you in our training.

We’ll have philosophy classes, exploring the roots of this tradition that comes from the Vedas—texts that are thousands of years old but remain surprisingly relevant. They can be applied to daily life, our habits, routines, and rituals.

Philosophy gives us inspiration and devotion to the transcendent aspect of our existence. It helps us become more integrated and grounded human beings. Only through application and practice do these teachings truly become part of our lives.

In our approach to asana practice, the use of props is essential. That means in this course, you’ll learn how to practice yoga with supportive tools.

Restorative yoga is the yoga our modern society truly needs—it’s a gift to the community. In this course, you’ll learn how to both practice and teach it. We don’t just focus on restorative yoga for seniors, but for the entire community. The high levels of stress in modern life make it essential to find a way to return to balance and stability. Restorative yoga is a powerful tool for mental, physical, and emotional stress relief.

We’ll also have methodology classes, where you’ll learn to create routines with specific goals—for example, a class to release the lower back, to strengthen the legs, or to both strengthen and relax the spine. It’s important to understand how to combine sequences and the rhythm of a class—when your class has that thoughtful touch, your students will notice and appreciate it.
We’ll give you the foundational tools to make it easy and accessible for you to create varied classes with clear objectives. No day is ever the same, no sky is ever the same—and for that reason, no routine should ever be exactly the same either.

Marine Larripa
Founder and director of Vida Yoga Center in Puerto Escondido since 2009.
Marine has dedicated herself to yoga for over 15 years. From a young age, she was a dancer and dance teacher. Destiny led her to yoga—a path she will never stop walking. The tree of yoga is her most sacred refuge.
Marine has a unique ability to turn her classes into a work of art, skillfully managing rhythm, timing, depth, and subtlety, tuning the body in a natural and comfortable way. Many students from around the world have attended her classes. The most well-known surfers in Puerto Escondido and from abroad deeply value her teaching, as she is also a surfer and immediately recognizes the needs of ocean-driven bodies.
Her classes can be both restorative and strong and active—she loves combining core and leg work.
She is a mother of two daughters, a wife, and a surfer soul. She loves the beach, especially at sunrise, the sacred ocean, and the ritual of being part of it.
Marine has been studying Vedanta for over a year, which has greatly transformed her perspective and approach to what yoga truly is. Vedanta, though still new to her, is the latest jewel she’s found—and she is deeply grateful for it. The reflections that arise on the spiritual path grow increasingly meaningful and leave lasting impressions on daily life, including daily sadhana and karma yoga.
Marine is thrilled to share this Teacher Training with you and to support you as you walk the beautiful path of yoga.

Sofia Agaton
Dedicated to teaching yoga for over 15 years, her classes explore the classical style of yoga through a therapeutic and relaxing lens. This comes from her integration of various bodywork techniques and yoga styles, which have enriched today’s yoga practice.

“From my background in contemporary dance, at the end of my career as a teacher and performer, my interest in body alignment, movement, and how all of this relates to feelings and emotions led me to discover an infinite world of possibilities within yoga and its philosophy.”

Certified by Yoga Alliance, she has participated in various workshops on body alignment, hatha yoga, ashtanga yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and meditation.

She is always seeking out elements that enrich both her personal practice and that of her students.

Fully dedicated to teaching yoga, she currently runs her own studio, Yoga Shala, Arte y Espíritu, in Puerto Escondido, where she offers a variety of yoga classes and workshops for all levels.

Nahuel Sanguinetti
At 35 years old, with 15 years of yoga practice, Nahuel began his movement journey as a professional soccer player. Injuries led him to yoga at 18.

Nahuel’s training spans traditional Hatha yoga, the precision of Iyengar, Aeroyoga, and Zazen meditation. He incorporates contemporary studies in kinesiology and biomechanics.

Nahuel focuses on restorative yoga with props, prioritizing accessible, genuine practices over the acrobatic images seen on social media.
His mantra is "less is more," offering a conscious, balanced, and deeply restorative practice.
