A Purposeful Practice
Do you feel that your sequences have become routine? Have you ever asked yourself what results you are seeking through your practice—and why you choose certain movements?
IMMERSION was created to interrupt this cycle of automatic repetition. Throughout the retreat, we will explore a more mindful approach to practice: observing before moving, recognizing patterns, and building sequences guided by a clear intention.
A balanced practice can help you build strength where your body needs support, restore mobility, reduce tension, and improve spinal stability. It is not about doing more poses or pursuing advanced shapes, but about developing a deeper understanding of what you are doing and how your body responds.
Mindful Hatha will offer exploration, strength, mobility, and precision. Restorative yoga, meditation, and journaling will provide the time needed to integrate the experience and reconnect with a deeper sense of awareness.

Much More Than a Relaxing Weekend
The purpose of IMMERSION is to offer you a genuine space to care for yourself—to step away from everyday demands for a few days, deepen your practice, and reclaim time to reconnect with yourself.
There will be moments of intense, precise physical practice, as well as time to rest in a hammock, read, share meals, gaze at the sea, and be free from the pressure of having to respond to anything urgent.
The intention is for you to return to your daily life with a clearer understanding of your body and practical tools for building a sustainable, personal, and mindful practice.
